This mod is great but at first the crosshair was very tight and it was awesome, but now the crosshair is back to the normal size and I just want to know am I the only one this has happened to. If not how can I get the crosshair tighter again.

@Isernex Unfortunately not. Juniez' models also change all the dmx files.

is this compatible with Juniez's Classic Weapons Pack? as far as I know that mod only changes the models and sounds of the guns, would it break this mod?

Mixed feelings. On the 1 hand it's nice to have a shotty in HL that doesn't feel like trash outside of point blank as well as being able to kill soldiers with 1 headshot. On the other, you can snipe pretty much everything and just about everything will go down in 2 hits. And this was on hard. I can only imagine how ggez it is on lower dofficulties

Usually any shotgun blast from the chest and up is enough to kill anything in one shot in this game. I have to admit that the damage falloff is intense though.

I really don't really know why this mod exists. Because the shotgun is the most broken and overpowered piece of shit in the game.

I have never thought the shotgun was under-powered, I will use this mod anyway because C'MON, it's a buffed shotgun why wouldn't you use it!?!

Is this mod made unironically? The Black Mesa shotgun is possibly the most OP gun ever put in a game. You can use it to snipe people a mile away or one shot anything within 10 feet.

I don't know what it is about black mesas combat but it just sucks. I have no problem aiming in other games but for some reason I'll miss a point blank shot with the shotgun in this game.

The revolver and SMG could use being less sh!t too... honestly HL's combat was fine back in the 90s but in this game it is so unsatisfying and rigid by comparison. Most of the weapons feel weighless, weak and dull, especially the shotgun. Thanks for this.
