ChoGGi sir, this is not directly related to this mod but do you have a way to set the range of all triboelectric at once? Sometimes all of my triboelectric range is reset for no reason. And it's a chore I need to change it again one by one for all of them.

If you have "Autonomous Sensors" researched then building one of these towers correctly removes power and maintenance requirements. Until you adjust the range, at which point it always requires power even if you reset the range to default.

Also, it doesn't show the power usage in the info panel like the regular tribo and sensor towers do. Have to click on a power producer and look at the change in demand. Not sure if that's intended or not though

G'evening. Thought I'd give this a try but...
With only this mod plus your library.
Timed Sector scan speed and is the exact same as non boosted scanning.
Power consumption at min range:
-Regular Tribo vs Tribo Sensor is 3.8 and 5.8 respectively
Power consumption at max range:
-Regular Tribo vs Tribo Sensor is 12.8 and 27 respectively
Script says power should be tribo+sensor which it is at minimum range but the math is apparently broken at larger ranges. Not sure why there is no scan boost.

Yeah should be. Although they don't seem to count as sensors in terms of scanning speed.

And using the Mod Editor to give me all the tech, the structure doesn't turn up either.

As in, I can order prefabs from the Resupply menu but when they arrive, I can't find them under Infrastructure or any of the building tabs.

That's what I'm doing now, but I have such a high production on all materials due to a Mole Hole, I can just take out all the scrubber towers and not even worry about it anymore. Early on I was like "hey - these are almost too useful!". I'm sure I could control the urge to use them until I unlocked the tech though, if you have better places to put your time. :spazwinky:

Any chance you'd hide this behind the required Triboelectric research ChoGGi? I've been using them in my game since the very early days, well before I could even build the normal Trib tower, and it seemed a bit 'cheaty' to me. If that was the intent, then disregard. :)

I seem to be getting more and more sliders every time I load a game. I'm not sure how many I have but they are currently extending off the screen.

So about slider disappearing. I figured it out. It's weird mod loading order problem. When I enabling all my mods at once at paradox mod manager - there is no slider. Then, when I disabling Indoor Tribby mod only, with all other mods still enabled - there is a slider for Sensor Tribby. And then when I enable Indoor Trubby again - there is slider, its still visible.

So about slider it's a mods conflict? Or just because scrubbing tech was not researched?

Sry I'm playing game now and it's so lazy for me disabling all mods, testing this mod alone and then figuring out conflicting mod. I definitely will do this, but just not now. Thanks for response anyway, I'm so annoying with bugreports, lol.

Yeah, I was just fixing that error in the log, no idea about missing slider. The wrong radius would be fixed in the other mod.

Check your log for 2201623384 and see if it's next to a LUA ERROR, other than that not sure.

This tribby shows wrong max radius range at construction mode with your "Construction Show Max Radius Range" mod. Construction max radius are two cells wider then effective radius showing after this tribby was build. Also tuning slider, such as vanilla tribby have, will be nice, not really necessary, but nice.

I tried demoing a few, but it doesn't crash for me. I did notice I didn't have the :Done() firing for the tribby, so maybe that'll help?

My game hang, twice, when I deleting your tribby sensor towers, and replacing it with normal tribbies. I sended a log to you today, under your another mod, Shuttles Fly During Duststorms, its exactly after such hang.

Yes, it uses the combined costs of each building, as well as a slight bump to the hourly main build up.

Does this also add the costs of the scrubber so that both of their build costs are combined? With combined power usage and increased repair cost? Just wondering.

That makes too much sense not to have been included as the base game. Scrubber always looked a bit unnatural imo. Thanks for upload.
