How big is this moon?

I'm trying to make height maps for planets, and for me the hardest thing is getting the edges to all match up. No world seams.

The height map you have here is really pretty awesome.

Are there any tips you can give me? Programs used that I should investigate? I've been messing around using photoshop, but I'm spending a lot of time, and having issues getting the results I want.

Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

whats the gravity level? does it have an atmosphere? if so how thick is it? how dense? is there ore on this moon? what types? any ice? is there o2?
