A little, personal review of this mod.

Price: For such a strong vehicle, the price is more than worth it. It costs quite a lot of money. Depending on the station that is next, they can make an income of almost 20.000.000 cash, pretty much getting all their money back - in one or two tours around the map.

Advantages: It's very useful as it can take on huge crowds of people - one or two of them can empty a train station in very little time, depending on the size of the station and the number of railway lines departing from that station.

Disadvantages: Cause of the immens length you have to plan the change of tracks beforehand, or the train will stand right on top of the junction, making it immovable if it has to change tracks in order to travel further if it wants to go the other way.

I like it a lot.

I think this is mod that also adds a single Class 373 power car which can be found under electric locomotives.
Is there any chance you could make a reversed version of it to connect it to the end of a train?

The second driver only takes place in the rear cab in the channel tunnel, in some cases it’s a train manager that has a limited license to drive the train out of the tunnel. The option to split the train in half for evacuation doesn’t exist anymore, either the entire train reverses or the entire train remains in the tunnel.
There are some amazing trains/mods for the game, but I have to say that this is now my favourite train in TF2! Really amazing job! (Coming from a Thalys/Eurostar driver)

Unless @cw_315 coded the train's max to be 334kph/208mph then that'll explain things lol.

Ah, I did build an underwater tunnel in my current game map. Guess I'll have to re-hire the back driver

@Gulag Hotel & Resort Nope. It is intentional. The 373s are made up of two half sets, with a driver each. The second driver, known as the train captain, sits in the back cab for the duration of the journey (walking through the power car is very cramped, and can be dangerous, not to mention loud, when the unit is powered up), and in the case of a fire in the Eurotunnel, can split the train in two easily, and drive the other end to safety, with the forward driver taking the other end. Hence the fire doors between the two sets are closed when in the tunnel.

A tiny "bug" report: The driver at "reverse" position is unnecessary. Remove it and the driver will show up only at the front car instead of both ends.

About the problem mentioned by @Arceus , here's what I've found: If the train's speed limit is above track's limit, then after reaching track's limit, the train will mysteriously decelerate and then re-accelerate. Kind of a game "feature" due to UG's BRILLIANT CODING.

To fix this problem, you'll have to make sure that the track speed restriction is always no less than the trains' top speed.

@Arceus, the game does this, I have it happen to trains on my map, there's nothing I can do sorry

Don't know if it's just me, but on my map-wide nonstop route (16km+) the train can't seem to hold at 300km/hr. It'll stay at 300 for a while (less than 20 secs) then decelerate to various lower speeds, usually around 230-240km/hr, then re-accelerate to 300. Tried the same route with other high speed trains such as Angier's 700T, & they don't seem to have this issue. Possible bug?

After using the Class 373 you have created for over a week now, it has been such a great train to run along my high speed express services in the game. I love it! Keep up the great work, cw_315, and I cannot wait to see what other trains you'll make in the future!

hi @cw_315 i've just tested it, it's a very good mod and i love it. But there's 2 points i want to tell the 208 mph or 334 Km/h it's the speed record and 186 mph or 300 Km/h it's their normal speed, anyway you did such a awesome job, congratulations @cw_315 and keep up with your great work. ;)
