I didn't know there were more, but yes, I made this for personal use in a multiplayer server and posted it here

Correct. There are two already and better for single player IMHO.
The difference here might be the event option, which is better for Multiplayer.
The two mods around are :
Give Prisoner and Send Prisoner.

I've yet had a look but 3rd-parties target could improve this mod. see third_party_filter on wiki for more help.

In the AGOT mod, liege's can request prisoners, so it's definitely possible to mod.

Good job! This is something I've always wanted to see in the game. Is it also possible to request a prisoner? Maybe even for gold for high ranking prisoners.
