you can use PAC3 addon to bodygroup this into a playermodel just look up tutorials its not really that hard

You should definetly look into making these Playermodels. It's only requires a few extra folders and a .txt file. It's worth it and easy to do.

Of course, you need the usual tools, vtf edit and Photoshop/other photo editing software. I believe there are tutorials out there.
