checked the files and tested - seems ok for me with just my mods.
You can try checking the load order or resubscribing ( this mod should be active below the advanced training dummies).

maybe its there is a conflicting mod but the dodge training dummies mkIII still have their training bars

Much needed in small bases or bought structures for early - mid game. Thanks!
