Why isn't Avarda Kedavra a more green-themed spell?

I spawned the spellbooks in, but I cant cast the Killing Curse, though I have apprentice destruction, the same goes for the others.

maybe add quest markers? it was really hard to find them and I had to watch the video you posted along with the pics of this mod... and also, I can't even use the curses because they take so much mp to cast... Pleas fix this..

It is a shame that this mod is not more well known :( It really does deserve more attention... Maybe if you posted it on the nexus, if your not opposed to that idea, it would catch on... linking the video to the page the very first day you post it.... to get more people to try it... just an idea... or you could add something worthy of re-posting it here on the workshop... a version 2.0 or something... then people will see it when it is newly posted instead of buried with all the other mods... Just some thoughts bro ;)

I found first spell. But I can't find second spell.

@Advocus: Really sorry it took me so long to respond! There could be a couple possibilities that could be causing this. First, you have gotten into the item and added the script to the actual book, correct? If so, have you double clicked on the script inside the item, clicked on the property name, and chosen your spell under the 'pick object' part? let me know, and I'll continue trying to find another problem. And if you could do that, I'd appreciate that very much! :) I understand some of them may be hard to find, and a video would help a lot.

@dragon9614: Thanks for helping me. But when I created the new script it said it failed when I went to save it. I copied and pasted what you told me to do and put the name of my spell in the parts where you wrote "SpellLearned". What am I doing wrong. Do I put the ID of the spell or the spell itself in that spot? This is what is in the skript window:

I know that my spell has a ":" in it so I tried again without the ":" and it saved succesfully that time. But still it did not teach me the spell when I read it in game. What am I doing Wrong? Thankyou very much though for taking the time and helping me. :)

@Advocus: The main thing about it is that you don't mark it as a book that teaches you something. What you do is use a Papyrus script to add that ability to the player when they open the book. Create a new script that goes like this:

Event OnEquipped(Actor reader)
;adds spell to player
if (Game.GetPlayer().AddSpell(SpellLearned))
endIf
EndEvent
SPELL Property SpellLearned Auto

Let me know if you need more help.

And to everyone else: I'm trying to make videos showing how to find the corpse and things like that, but I'm really busy. I'll try to figure it out ASAP.

I've been trying to find this out online but have had no luck so far. Please tell me... How did you make a book that teaches a spell without destroying that book reading it as if it were a spell tome... really would like to know. I'm making a mod myself with the creation kit and I don't konw how to do this???????????

good job with the mod broham, but im having some trouble finding the second curse, i found the first no problem. I followed the clues and found Hela's Folly but i scowered the hell out of that place and couldn't find it. Any advice or am i in the wrong place?
