The question everyone wants to know:
Will it work with any custom weapon?

is this client side of does it need to be on the server too?

@TehAngel i spent 7 hours today to figure out what was wrong with my server and it was this addon can cannot work with any guns that i have. It caused player item slots to disappear with broken gun errors.

I have a suggestion : replace the Automatic : true/false line by something indicating the fire delay. All base TTT weapons are automatics, and knowing the firerate is actually really something useful. Also, if possible, a way to know the number of bullets shot by shotguns (like if it's more than 1, it says something like x6 or x8 next to the damage).

@Scardigne, yes it is and sorry again for all that time and no update. To tell you the true I'm very busy those days with tests (university) and work (job), but last weekend I did some progress and it's almost working, I'm just having some problems with the Title/Weapon Name field at the top, but I did not fixed it yet, because I was really very busy. But, in anyway I will release the DarkRP update this weekend 22/23 and if it does not you can call me a bitch or something like that.

Is the darkrp update still in development? it would be a shame to stop here..

works great on sandbox and some od my gamemodes

@Dark[Ghost] CURRENTLY it's working only on TTT, but I have only tried it on TTT and DarkRP, maybe it will work on other gamemodes as I made it to work with general weapons and ammos, it's not TTT specific. I'm also currently working to make it work on DarkRP, but don't take any hopes.

@Blue_Skies and @CopperStoneBiscuit I just replaced "Clip Size" with "Mag. Size" and uploaded the new version, probably when you open you GMod next time it will be update.

I'm also update the screenshots and add a video demonstrating the adddon.

@Zignd please change the "Clip Size" to Magazine or Mag size, since its the real term for weapons. Thank you.

To use it you need to create a server with this addon so that all clients will be able to use it or join a server that has it. And you can also use it on servers that don't have 3rd party script protection, servers usually use tool like that to prevent hacks like aimbot and wallhack one example is this ScriptEnforcer (http://gmod.wikia.com/wiki/ScriptEnforcer) it blocks the usage of scripts (addons) by the client that is not listed in a configuration file on the server side.

But if you want to test if it works, go to "Start new game", select gamemode "TTT" and open a TTT map, when you found or drop a weapon or ammo on the ground aim at it and you will see the information ballon over it.

Hope you like it, it really reduce the time you waste looking for weapons and compatible ammunitions.

@VJknightSG As I said to @Omid below, yes it will work on Sandbox, but only if you use addons that allows you to pickup/drop weapon/ammo on the ground, because by default the Sandbox mode do not allow you to do that, but modes like TTT, DarkRP, etc do.

Yes, but you need to add addons to it that allows you to pickup/drop weapons on the ground and of course it will not work with weapon props/models as they are not actually weapons. But you will probably use it on TTT, DarkRP, etc, as those gamemode easily allows you to pickup/drop weapons and ammo from the ground.
