Okay so the EU4 version works perfectly with few graphical errors and the stateview works with that version.

The vanilla style state view shows error dogs.

How do I make the Thirteen Colonies into the Kingdom of America for the Empire Plus Ultra mod?

I've gone through the motions and I've used console commands but I still can't figure out how to turn the Thirteen Colonies into the Kingdom of America. The only thing I can think of for why I can't get it to where I want is that I don't have the required number of factories (50) to achieve Kingdom Rank. But then I tried annexing counties to get to that rank and it still says that the focus has no effect. What world situation do I have to wait for for this focus to have an effect? Or is it just not something that the mods have not worked on yet?

if the mod doesn't work for you: go to the options in the launcher and set your renderer to direct 9, this will fix the color and map
