I know the PDF lists how to add your own recipes, but my programming knowledge is Practically a 1 or a 2 if I was a Rimworld pawn. I fear I would mess up over something simple and silly spending days trying

As a test, I restricted all my colonists to only eat those 4 foods and they eat mozzarella and cottage cheese, but not the yoghurts.
I think it's due to <preferability>NeverForNutrition</preferability>, as I just now realised they're a Food Consumption recreation food and not a meal. It could stand the specify this in a tooltip, if I may say so.
Also, Ambrandy would take an irrealistic (nearly cheating) amount of Ambrosia to create 150 must doses (7500 units of ambrosia), which is why I was saying it was probably best to just remove it from the list of Fermenter-compatible things.

Honestly I suggest just saving yourself the headache and taking Ambrandy out of the list of potential drinks to make in the Fermenter, seems like too much work for no reason. The other values are 25 units of product for 5 musts, which I see now is not too much in comparison with vanilla.
