Select the workshop mod in the game, load it, quit the game, start it again, and Wrack Wrack City Bitch should appear under the episodes/campaign menu.

im sorry but how do you get this to work? i must sound like an idiot but i subed and checked the mod in wreck but the game starts as normal,what am i doing wrong?
