teleport dosent want to work when i get swallowd and i cant noclip either

there's ent_fire shenanigans you could pull off but I've since long forgotten what they are and would have to crack open the map again to re-learn how to manipulate my own work like that. To get swallowed in singleplayer, your best bet is to sail the blue ship to the red ship's spawn, wedge the blue up beside the red, and just wait. Drone's swimming path (once she wakes up, signified by her droning noise echoing through the ocean) moves right over where the red pirate ship spawns but not the blue, so to trigger a stomach run in singleplayer (which requires Drone to swallow both ships at once) just sail over to red without ever moving red and then wait

The pirate ship functions through map-side logic and triggers and brush entities all woven in with each other like a complicated tapestry of functionality. To achieve a spawn-in-able pirateship that could float and be sailed and destroyed in fragments and ultimately sunk with gradually diminishing buoyancy like in the map, it'd essentially have to be remade almost from scratch just using dimensions and texture assets from the pirateship template itself.
If you want a more updated version of the pirate ship, check Captainshaun's uploads on the workshop for Pirateship Wars. He has since made a superior version of the Frigate and has available hammer templates so you could slap the ship into any map you want and it'll work as it should. That's the closest you could probably get without biting the bullet and starting a whole new project to make it spawn-in-able.

I request a pirate ship as a prop so i can destroy and sink it or atleast a mod that is entity you can spawn!

ent_fire drone_starter kill
Use this command right after you spawn, and you drone will never wake up.
I may be getting the entity name wrong though, so it could also be:
ent_fire dronestarter kill
Once you put in "ent_fire" in the console with sv_cheats turned on, it should auto-fill what you can input based on what entities exist in the map, so you can be sure the entity exists if it predicts the name before you type it all in.

As for the teleports, I don't have the patience to port this to gmod properly, so the use of the css minigames gamemode addon that gmod provides is the best possible fix. For anyone who wants to see stomach run content without this gamemode fixing the team-specific teleports, you'll need to have both ships swallowed by drone at the same time, have godmode turned on so you cannot die to a death trigger that isn't meant to be active for your team, and after you are placed into a black box upon Drone's jaws closing shut, just noclip to the stomach area of the map, and turn noclip and godmode back off when at one of the broken ships. You can then just play like normal and escape via the regurgitation rapids.

To disable Drone I believe you'd want "sv_cheats 1;ent_fire dronestarter kill" (sometime at the very beginning of a round) which deletes an important piece of triggering in the map responsible for activating drone, or you could just play mg_pw_haze_quarter which has no sea monster to begin with.
To make drone spawn faster, I believe you'd want "sv_cheats 1;ent_fire dronestarter firetimer" which will skip the random timer that spawns Drone and force-trigger it immediately.

I'm pretty sure you shouldn't actually need 1 player on each team for the stomach run to work. The trigger for the stomach run is dependent on both physical ships being in Drone's mouth when her jaws close all the way. The teleports that actually relocate you to the stomach run once this happens are css team specific filters that would absolutely need the minigame gamemode, but I can't recall anything that actually would require a player on each team in order to get Stomach Run to work.
