@Sergih123 Thanks mate. I have tried to make the shutters outside the doors as props once but the meshes (3 of them have 30k tris in total) turned out almost no details could be shown because they are too thin, so I gave it up this time. I will definitely try to make balustrades as props next time.

If you are still looking for tips about the balcony, I'd make the balcony its own prop and use a 2K texture for it, it won't loose resolution and will be muhc less demanding! Don't know if you've thought of that already :3

@Slizsan Old San Juan is a beautiful place. I'm currently in a project of colonial town based on Trinidad Cuba. To be honest there are not much choices on WS so I decided to DIY. I'm planning to do 2 or 3 packs of low res and com colonial houses as well. I'm gathering materials now so it will take some time.

@MarleEvans I was born in PR and there still a lot of colonial Houses and commercials like that in diferent parts like Fajardo and San Juan and I ve seen different ones in the workshop but none as pretty as this one and there is really not that many either.
