Colonial House: Casa de los Conspiradores - Trinidad, Cuba

First of all thanks to Peterbar who have helped me a lot to finish this asset. It's my second model made by blender and first time to make it a CSL asset.

Casa de los Conspiradores, a typical spanish colonial building with a eye-catching wooden balcony. In real life it is a restaurant located in Trinidad Cuba. I think it suits for most Latin American towns.

It's a level 1 unique building in game.

Main mesh:10416 tris
Lod:1500 tris
Yeah, I know you may ask:Why is so high?It's just such a small house.
1.It's the 3rd week I've started to learn blender which means my skill is still poor.
2.The whole balcony contains about 6k tris and turn out much better than texture with alpha map. I think it worth the tris.
3.It's 2020.

The building itself has no props.The props in the pics are:

One last thing: This one is in Cuba so there is not much docs I could find. I have done this one by some pics with google so the scale and outlook may not be precise.
