One thing I forgot to mention: It seems random if any units survive the initial nuke so most of the time it just autofailed before the chopper landed

Perfect micro and knowledge of game mechanics required, including a new one I learned here: If a guard tower fires at a unit near your Commando, he will shoot the guard tower with his sniper rifle if he is in range, eventually destroying it

This definitely felt like a Westwood Convert Ops mission. It took me about 8 restarts just to finish it.

My experience in a nutshell: Surprise flamethrowers!
