Try to verify your game files, click with the right mouse button on GMod on your Steam Library, go to "properties", "local files" and then hit "verify integrity", it should fix.
Other thing that could cause this are mods that change the game textures.
These are the only things that can cause this issue i can think of right now.

I searched for a fix and looks like it is not a problem with the map, it is a problem with your client, try to restart your game and create your own singleplayer game. This is as far as i can try to help, hope it works!
