Yes, the gray squares are part of the outline. The character portrait is just an enlarged version of a normal sprite, so that's why it looks weird.

i notices the grey squares on his charater select and his victory portrait sprites. are they suposed to be the outline of sprites or something else? :Sparkk:

I wasn't expecting to play as Mario with a keyblade today, and I definitely didn't expect to have so much fun with it. The only glaring issue I can see is that the multihit on his forward air doesn't work with the c stick. Nice work
