i played 4 weeks with a 1:3 map and now these fucking failure!
Go to workshop\content\1066780\2187435435\res\config\street\eproads and you'll find four .lua files. Open them. You'll find a line called "streetWidth = 3.6/7.2/10.8/14.4" (one value corresponds to one lua file). Changing this value to "streetWifth = 3.5/7.0/10.5/14.0" will resolve the issue. Then you'll be able to bulldoze all TFUR roads or temporarily upgrade it to other roads. Then change the streetWidth value back to default. This solves the problem in my own test save. Hope it works.
