Is this still viable in the latest game version?

I'm an idiot (and new here! LOL). I was inside my CV, as soon as I went out, the shield powered up.. for any other w/ this "problem". LOL :/

So I spawned this beast hoping to use it right away, but for some reason, it appears the shield isn't on? I have it switched on, waited for it to charge up like my CV, but still says just "6000" and a red "0" but doesn't appear it's on still and have tried switching off a few times...? :/

Thank you Bruzr. Yes it will fit. It only requires a 5x9 hangar door and all Skaar creations with hangars have at least that size door. Thanks again!

Thank you Arkandal, ChumSickle, and ZoulouAlpha! @Arkandal. Thanks. I mentioned that in the description as well. It was based around the same design of the ballista but has a few changes. It is larger, more armor, more thrust especially on strafing, 2 additional gatling guns, more ammo and harvest storage, and also comes with 2 multiturrets. Also the turrets have more separation but the general layout is the same being able to all fire forward at once. Thanks again all!
