what other fallout vehicles? there's like six and four of them dont move or never have moved. the other "vehicles" are all just robots.

In Lore the NCR has very few working vertibirds so they use them for V.I.P Transport *Ex. The president* Or the general, They wouldn't waste their vertibird on a small squad. They aren't even Rangers! The BoS after securing a large supply of VB-01 vertibirds from the Enclave *Somehow no idea if Enclave had VB-02?* and the Enclave... Pretty self explanitory. Do I really need to say anything about any other faction? No.
