To not get ERROR, make sure you select "yes to all" for overwriting the existing materials when you open up SFM.

Actually I got the mdl to decompile, for some reason my sfm or steam just bugge out or something and the mdl wasn't downloaded properly. It didn't even work in sfm for some reason. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Don't know if you'll see this, but I'm in a weird situation where I need a heavy model, but I'm not using sfm, and I can't use the normal one from tf2. I tried decompiling the mdl from your model, but it doesn't work no matter what program I try. Is there any way you could send me the qc and smds?
