I don't think a buddy that acts as multiple buddies is possible since the game loads stuff on the character select screen, not during the game. That would be interesting though.

This is awesome, now somone just needs to make a buddy that lets you add multiple buddies and more custom moves and we will have a template for a create your own character mode !
