make em starts in dreg. or at last make other start in dreg

That's too specific, nah.
Did add two new starts though, Starving Bandits Horde which gives 85~145 bandits and large group which is 16~24

make a mod that increases starving and hungry bandit squad size to 5-9 65-85 1-3 5-12 5-22 7-9 23-31 and 75-123 I'll paypall you like ten dollars if you do it lol

Yes! it's time to destroy all major factions because they won't use their vast resources to end Kenshi world hunger, especially the Holy Nation and all those Holy Farms, bah! the hyprocrites!
