This is less the fault of the modder and more the fault of the game developers. There are mods that would crash the game despite being updated, and mods that would otherwise work perfectly if they were disabled for not having numbers changed in the files.

@obeyiconic, you can, but you need to add cheatsmod to those missions manually (yourself), there are videos on how to do that, written in the description of the mod.

When I enable the cheatsmod there are a lot of missions that appear in the single player tab but I cannot play any of them besides just watching the intro, is this normal?

Because those games do NOT have a steamworks integration (so no workshop either).
You can download them from moddb, though they are a little outdated compared to this one.
