There are two parts, the Shogun 2 workshop does not allow files above 100mb

Thanks for the tips! I looked at your workshop and I'm not sure which of your mods you are talking about. I saw that there's 2 that are called Sashimonos (but no weapons mod). Are these the one?

It's an animation bug, the guy just added the flag bearer in the musician column, but if the musician has no animation nothing will happen. In my Sashimonos and Weapons mod, you will be able to find all three flags with correct animation.

For me this mod do not work, the unit holding the third banner, when orderered to walk, do so floating in the air with its arms open like a cross. But when ordererd to run or to be still, or make them into a formation (like spearwall) I don't get this weird animation.

some units such as the yari samurai and yumi samurai have an duplicate model that floats above one of the flag bearers- havent noticed it yet on other units since I'm still early on in the campaign for the ultimate immersion mod.

It's because of the Rising Sun mod, it adds new units, this mod only applies to vanilla units. I'll work on a compatible version though.

Unfortunately I don't think so, even if it is possible, you'd have to rewrite how unit composition works in Shogun 2.

I've already made it compatible with Jaki's Unique Faction mod but that's only if you use the Realistic Battles mod, but I'll make standalone versions for it too

Whoops! Sorry lol, I actually made two versions of this mod, I uploaded the one that requires the DLC on accident. I fixed it now, you should be able to use it now without the DLC :)
