To answer a few questions: Sadly no they do not move, they're just static items to build decoration upon ... but they can look pretty damn good, especially if you get mods that allow you to build clutter and stuff like that."
@Shir Blackwater: If you build them inside the radius of an existing outpost they will count as part of the outpost and should increase the radius. If you build them outside of an existing outpost they shouldn't create one.
So, If you want to share them somewhere and send me the link, I'll gladly add them to the gallery here for inspiration!
Alternatively if you're also on nexusmods you can directly add them to the mod's page there (and I'll add them to both galleries)

As for the size, There is already a (very) big version available in the base game, it's called Barge Wreck A,B,C and they can accomodate middle size buildings.
