Really great you added the variations, works really nice with other mods to create some vibrant life and environment scenes. I am having trouble though after placing the barges having people actually be able to get on them, any thoughts?

i wish it was functioning and and moving...because kenshi was surrounded by water and also have lake n streams so a boat or barges is must have and add more realism...

Ah cool, I got some ideas for this then combined with some camping mods and IW, such as make a fleet of barges somewhere and also spruce up the area around that fishing village by giving them some boats. =p

@Wertologist: You should be able to build them using the in-game editor (shift f12)

@Shir Blackwater: If you build them inside the radius of an existing outpost they will count as part of the outpost and should increase the radius. If you build them outside of an existing outpost they shouldn't create one.

I'm aware that the barges exist in game, but I'm pretty sure you can't build them yourself

Does this create a base/outpost, or are they invisible on the map so you don't get taxes or attacked by the holy nation for example?

As for the size, There is already a (very) big version available in the base game, it's called Barge Wreck A,B,C and they can accomodate middle size buildings.
