You need at least 1 of those 2 station mods in order for the vehicle to be used because this is cargo vehicle and there are no electrified cargo stations in the vanilla game.

why not just purchase from normal trolley station ?.
Wants me to download 2 separate mods to use not going to happen.

Same as trolleybuses, those are available for purchase in the trolleybus depot. If you still can't see them, check your date. Those trucks are available between 1966 - 1994
