Its a game and this is a mod to make something sound cool. Not real, stop acting tough.
planes are nowhere near as loud as this mod makes it, this video should provide a good reference for tweaking. This loudness is absolutely NOT realistic at all, anyone who's ever seen planes fly over would know this.

Mods like TFR got a volume slider implemented in this category
since last update i have an error and the addon doesn't start : "addon RJet_C_F requires addon RJet_S_F" (there is not RJet_S_F file in the addon dir). Can you help ?
