is this reactive to audio? i added my own music to it and at times it seems like the flashes are in sync with the music but at other times it does.

I already made a new one it's a different picture though, It has the same effects but I worked a little bit on details, let me know if something needs to be adjusted, check it out on my submissions or you can search for it with the title City Cat 2 on wallpaper engine.
