First of all thanks for the kind feedback!
I can definitely model a version with balconies on the side, but its going to take some time, as I am currently busy updating my older assets with new models and textures, like you can see in my most recent assets.
As for your question, I will most likely only model east German buildings, as its really difficult to get pictures and dimensions of Russian/Polish/etc.. buildings if you don't speak the respective language.
Also there is more than enough stuff to model in east Germany to keep me busy :)

Hello, dear author! I really, really like your assets. I like to build Soviet cities, and your panel houses are very suitable, because they look very well-groomed, and their balconies are not glazed, as they like to do in modern Russia.
I have one small request:
Please make a RICO version of a modular five-story house with balconies on the side walls as soon as possible? This house is very similar to the Soviet houses of the I-163 series, and I have a lot to do with them .
Finally, I want to ask you a question: do you Plan to model only the East German series of residential and public buildings, or will you take on projects from other countries of the former Warsaw Pact?
