there's a natural wonder mod that allows you to purchase buildings and wonders with faith if you have crater lake in your city. It leads to some really cool looking cities since the purchased wonders appear integrated into your district. Plus it saves a tile. If you could make that policy card empire wide, that would be amazing!

Holy army is just redundant considering the grandmaster's chapel.

The civic requirements are in the desription:
-Holy Army: Reformed Church civic
-Holy Navy: Mobilization civic.
-Holy Airforce: Deployment civic.
-Holy Service: Ideology civic

Nice! When do these cards become available in the game?

@Wold: That's not exact. Monumentality gives +2PM to Settlers and Builders, 30% cost reduction on them and allow you to build them with faith.
Holy Service allows you to build civil and support units (ballons, engineers, drones) with faith and there are no other bonuses. People who do not have DLCs do not have golden ages and Monumentality does not exist in later age.

holy service is the same as the monumentality golden age bonus, it shouldn't be a policy card, kinda invalidates the golden age bonus
