If you haven't already try .jpg or .png, try taking screenshots ingame using the SE screenshot hotkey, then the Steam F12.

Sorry, sorry. It should say 'thumb', not 'thumbnail'. And it should be a PNG file only.

If you are having a problem with your thumbnails, try checking them. See if they are on PNG or JPG. That might be the problem. Also make sure that the letters are all lower case and that they all say 'thumbnail'.
