I am so sorry. If anyone reads this, please subtract one downvote from this mod. It was not intentional and is not meant.
It seems he takes increasing amounts of damage as you hit him. So your first few hits are 1 a piece but my final hit was up to 17. He also didn't let my Blackguard die; he was on Death's Door and the Revenant stunned himself and gave the Blackguard a 5 turn restoration. After I "killed" the Revenant, my Blackguard got a massive stress heal along with decent stress heals on the rest of the party.
Another note on this item:
The horror effects seem are a bit off. Currently you get horror on a hit and clear your current horror on a crit.
However, since a crit also triggers the horror aspect, you are likely to get a critical horror effect (5 turns of 3 horror) on that same hit, resulting in a net horror gain. I would suggest that you reverse the order of these effects, such that the clear horror effect triggers after the horror check for hitting is resolved.
Revenant
NOT +15% DMG
NOT +5% Crit
+30% DMG if not afflicted
...(Item description continues)
It does not look like a script error. And it's the first time I've seen the NOT.
Anyway, the nightmare boss has is really well designed. It's a new addition to the class, right? I didn't get the encounter in my last campaign.
Does the NOT in the item I got stand for no torchlight?
Alhough he's the only character in this universe with 4 fingers instead of 3... intentional?
great mod by the way, one of my favorite class mods, very unique and well made
