It is a save... not a dupe... go to a single player game before trying to "spawn" it.

I don't know why it won't "install" for some people. Remember that this is a save and not a dupe. If you're in a multiplayer game you won't be able to simply spawn it to a server. Please keep this in mind.

You did good.I know how hard it is to make a moving AND flying vehicle. I made a flying Airboat. Its called Hover Craft. I left the instructions in the discription like you did. the problem with mine is that the turning is slow.
