I don't think it works. I haven't updated it in three years and don't know what changes were made to Crisis Manager. The base mod still works though.

Be careful when using that with ZOFE ... And ACOT ... Because, you'll have 750K power fleets of contengency roaming around, 430K for every fleet of the scourge.

Even my L-Cluster stronghold with everything i got in that game couldn't survive, psionic avatar, (I even got Gray), every technology, every acot technology, fallen empire technology fully researched, all edicts for fleet power activated)

A fleet power of around 4000K (4.000.000), i got wiped in less than 10 days. So ... You're warned.
