This ancient mod still works in Oldrim. You can't interact much with the NPCs, sometimes not at all, and yes there's an invisible wall at the Morrowind gate, but this provides prime role play immersion. My LDB rode up to take a look in daylight at the crossing that was once so much trouble, but led to a fateful wagon ride...

I can't walk up to the gate of the Morrowind outpost, the invisible wall comes before I can even interact with anything there. Is this intentional?

I always felt that the stormcloaks could easily break in into Cyrodiil without many guards guarding the border posts.

A small,but good Mod for people who like Detail :)

There are also Wheather Mods. that will come with their own cloaks as well. Here's a couple that are really cool. ''Winter is Coming. Frost Fall. Vivid Wheather. Climates of Tamriel. And my favorite WET AND COLD + WET AND COLD ASHES+ WET AND COLD HOLIDAYS-Special Events of Tamriel. This one adds all of The Tamrielic Holidays to The Tamrielic Calender. This one is by far one of the most nostalgic mods for Skyrim that I have ever seen.

@ friedjp. Capes of Skyrim is a Cape and Cloak mod. Each faction had their own Cloaks and Capes. As well as The ( Holds of Skyrim. Citizens will equip them during rain, snow, and dust storms. It's no longer available from The Workshop. But you can get it from The NEXUS. Nexus is another modder's website. With a $HIT-LOAD of Mods, Plug-Ins, and Add-ons. Mods from NEXUS can be installed Manualy or Automatically through the sites own MCM.

@RangerRex no because the borders of provinces are determined by the Emperor of Tamriel, and so to regulate commerce and immigration, his troops man the border crossings. Similar to real life border checkpoints. If you side with the Stormcloaks, you could think of it as that the Empire wants to regulate immigration from a nation that is no longer Empire-annexxed.

You nailed the reason for your arrest at the beginning of the game. You would be surprised by how many people that don't know why you are a prisoner.

Is their any way to easily remove hothtrooper's Redguard Knight mod and replace it with the vanilla Redguard outfits?

sorry about what i said earlier it wasnt this mod XD it was a mod which had nothing to do with walls or gates especially on the edge of skyrim (really?) and it seemed extremely likely of a few mods that it was this 1.

i dont know if its just me, im sure its this mod, but even after i delete and unsubscribe the borders are still there and now i cant get to dawnguard, which i got after getting this mod XD, if anyone know how to fix this i would love advice

Daventry: My mods are, to my knowledge, up to date on both sites. I simply haven't gotten around to updating this one lately, due to other things going on and not being able to work on my mods in a while, as well as devoting my attention to more major mods.

Skyrim boss 589: They are Imperial soldiers, as the part of Morrowind that borders Skyrim is still an Imperial province. When/if I get Dragonborn, I may make a patch that turns them into Redoran soldiers, as has been requested in the past.

ZalrokChaos: Technically they're open already, you just can't go through them due to limitations in the vanilla game unless you have a mod. It would be cool to add custom dialogue, but unfortunately my Creation Kit seems to have a nasty habit of crashing whenever I try to add that.

@Captainhurgoyf Yea the Redguards kickd the Dominion's Azz, Making the Empire look like pussies. About the Borders between Cyrodiil&Skyrim bettween the Empire& Dominion dont know.
Hopefully the Dunmer can make a come back, and push thos Argonians back into thier place.

Delta: I was under the impression that Hammerfell had already become independent? The map on UESP has the entire province as a single country (granted, that's the same map that has all of Morrowind part of the Argonian State and marks Winterhold as the capital of Skyrim). Besides, wasn't it the southern parts (ie, those not near Skyrim) of Hammerfell that were given to the Dominion, or did I just imagine that?

The Redguards border is cool but since Hammerfell is also warring with the Aldmeri Dominion it seem unlogical that A: the redguards would devote soldiers to such a task and B: The Thalmor would allow such a thing. BUT a great thought would be to have Thalmor soldiers there instead. Just a suggestion of course, great mod though,

Wolfdragonheart: I know what Tamriel looks like. That doesn't do much good to me when I don't know the specific areas in the game that there are roads that would lead into other provinces. As for how to get to them, just go far enough down the roads that lead to the borders of the map and you'll find them.

Marc: There's no border to High Rock in the mod yet, but I have been told that in the game it's actually blocked by rocks. I haven't seen it either.

is there a border to hight Rock or there is juste no way from skyrim, I didn't actually really explore 100% of that zone.
