is there a mod that lowers to like 50% instead 0 cost for unit and upkeep i want to balance the HRE not walk right through without a challenge what so ever! im about ready to 86 the 1212 mod all together, was expecting better experience than i had its extremely under balanced mod. why anyone would want such a grinned out nightmare is beyond me.
