If I put Rabbie before RBSE, I get the thing about the bionic tails like alexszon said, but if I put Rabbie after RBSE (and before this mod, of course), the only error I get is

Could not resolve cross-reference to Verse.RecipeDef named InstallArtificialPelvis (wanter=recipes)

This is not compatible with Dragonian Prime 2.0 using it with that in instead of the other Dragonian version just causes red errors. I guess I can't use this.

I was having the same problem, error in the logs and the icons for the tails were missing. They would be crafted at the listed cost then poof into thin air. putting this mod at the bottom and making sure rbse was near the top fixed it.

Yeah, it was one of the first things I tried because I saw a comment here saying the RimPy was applying the wrong loading order. There are some other alien mods loaded before RBSE and after your mod, but since they're not one of the 4 stated here, I'd think they wouldn't interfere? Any help would be appreciated.

Would it be possible to fix the 'couldn't solve cross reference' errors? I think RBSE removed some stuff so it throws an error, though it's a harmless error.

Just a note, if you have Medical System Expanded 2 active, this will throw about 14 'couldn't solve cross reference' errors, and they're harmless.
