HOTFIX : Vulkan API / correction false audiofile path in sound_set.lua ( i/O false ~ plays no vehicle sound)

In the video, I showed what happens if you change the channel type.
Video ends abruptly due to the fact that the game crashed.
@ PHRailways this is planned by a mod to mod for light rail tracks .
Why don't trolleybuses run without tram tracks? And you need to buy them at a tram depot, not a road depot?
- add invisible one way path signal; better pathfinding and vehicles now drive to the next occupied segment
Testing Version 1.517 (only on transportfever.net) :
- add EU new and old small and medium one way street (street category: canal) Same streets as in construction; allows you to continue building the road and the canal independently of each other

@Fetfrumos96 actually is an testing version on transportfever.net . I hope the big Update released on Steam on September.
Here are a few details that are included in the upcoming update:
- add 5 Trolleystreets, currently only new roads (trolleys have an electric tram driving license also activate the electric tram track if you build the street) supports not intersections
- add new param intersection height - you can build the intersection as an overpass over the canal
- fixed street assets on US-Signs street
- add new curved canal segment - overpass -
- add drivable lanes on all canal segments
- add a new stop (construction) - shows now on model which public transport can stop there
- add new T segment
- add new depot
- add small mooring
- add EU new and old small one way and medium one way street (same as in construction) in category canal
