Hi, there is an big issue, I think the author mixed up with " gives military access " and "receive military access" , for example, I use USA, and I cant access to Saudi Arabia , South Korea... but they can access to my country, it should be another way around

It's alright. I tried that earlier to success. I came back to see if the mod was gaining some traction. I find the aesthetic of modern day appealing, but I've always found the base millennium dawn to be lackluster. Mods that add flavor are always welcome. So thank you for reviving this mod.

So, can this mod act as a standalone or does it require other mods to function? I ask this as when I'd loaded the game, I found the select country screen to be of the base game, all former british, french, ect colonies are under their possession along with world leaders of the time. Country specific modifiers are an amalgamation of base game modifiers and the addon. I don't have any other mods activated. Am I being stupid? thanks.
