Could you maybe tweak an alternative version where he steps into it, instead of the jump forward?

There is no right or wrong. Definitely understand where you are coming from and makes way more sense from an American Wrestling point of view. I would rather it be your way honestly. It took a while for me to transition my mind that this isn't an American game, and to fall in line with the Japanese way where just about any big move can end a match, just not as consistent as American matches (Well old school matches lol). I myself thought about simply copying moves in the game and bumping them up as finisher versions. If it's not too much for you, maybe you can save your moves twice by having a B version which would fall in line with the original scale? There are some wrestlers who steal moves and use them regularly but it isn't as effective because it isn't their finisher. Regardless, your moves are amazing. The attention to detail is top notch.

I addressed this in the messages of the Evenflow DDT B I recently uploaded, I'd encourage you to read those messages to better understand. And there's no need for a chart anymore (I used to keep one handy), stats for every move in the game are readily available when you load them up in move craft. It was a conscious decision, thanks for the feedback.

Most moves are below 25 stamina, and 10 spirit. A very few hit 30 stamina and above. I have this chart saved on my phone. I wish it was an actual link. Only 1 move hit 40 stamina on the glance i did and it was the triple team move.

Looks great. Stats are too high though. Remember, we have abilities to bump up stats. Make it slightly stronger than the regular fisherman suplex
