I haven’t opened SFM in years, but I think I added some green screen ones if you want to do it as a VFX effect. Alternatively, you can just go to the texture directory and upload your own VTF file, or whatever it's called.

You can first extract it to PNG, edit it, and then format it back to the original format with the same name. It should then show up in the skins tab.

I dont have the files anymore i believe, so i cant but you can edit one of the vtf to a sandwich and it will pop up as one of the skins.

can you add sandwich as one of the photo?

Ahh, that's okay. I'm sure it is likely something to do with SFM itself.

If need be, I can always attempt to edit it out. Just figured I'd try to see if it was normal for the photo first.

sorry piss-king i don't know the issue and i don't really know how to fix your problem

These are fantastic only issue is whenever it shows on my camera (not the workcamera, just the other ones that i'd use for rendering) it glitches out like crazy and has a bunch of grey bits pop up all over like it's been chewed on or something.
I messed about with phongboost and had a look at the other skins they all do it, I don't know if I've done something somehow but it's a little odd.

There are 3 textures on the end that you can edit without editing team pic textures. you have to get VTFEdit and import them from valves format to png or tif then edit it in the software of choice like photoshop or gimp then save it and compile it as the same name and in the same place as the decompiled texture.
There should be tutorials on the yt
