All sorted you have to disable the mods to download them then re enable the mods after :)

Pretty sure that subscribing to maps via Steam Workshop is currently bugged. Try downloading it from the in-game map browser (click the user maps button in-game). For some reason none of the maps you subscribe to on Steam show up in-game without doing this.

It does not show up in the custom maps screen what do i do
