Amazing design (may be the best helicopter in the SW workshop),
Brilliant control (despite some issues with Integrals),
And the best logic organisation in the SW workshop.

cons:
- monolithic logic architecture (it would be better if the logic was split into microcontrollers by responsibilities)
- non-switchable stabilisation

this would be the best heli in the game if we could turn off autohover

@Etyneo Yeah pretty much. When in rough weather it doesn't really land as such albeit hovering high above the water to prevent getting hit by the waves.

Ah, so it's more like a very low altitude auto hover just above the water. Well, testing it this way indicates that it does function, and I do see how calm water is preferable.

@Etyneo Note how I've said it lands on water using autoland by hovering it on the water. It cannot float.

My testing has shown it cannot land in water, sinks like a stone.

i love this helicopter it has awesome design and handling. I particularly love that it hovers over the water with the auto landing mode. would you be ok with me making a forest ranger version of this if I site you and have a link to this page? I think this would make a great spotter type of heli if it was inducted into the forest service range of vehicles. I will respect your decision If you don't want want me to do so
