I tried making Jobber moves like everyone else did with self damage, but adjusted the counter % to make them get countered more often. I like this way better.

IMO, this is the better way. I get the folks making moves where the jobber wins, hits a move, and takes self damage to reduce their spirit, but we can do that with mods. Having a jobber look like he's taking all the moves, even when he wins grapples... now that's the stuff of squashes. Good idea.

I have a jobber move which I am planning called the "weakling push". Basically when the jobber grapples, they will shove their opponent - only the opponent won't move one inch,band the jobber will end up bouncing off and falling on the floor, badly hurting themself.
