Couldn't you use the Coastal Artillery skin for that, while they had their own pattern of tunic, it's similar to other German uniforms of the time, and has Kriegsmarine insignia on it. Plus the matter of I'm not really able to find any good reference images of the Marine-Stoßtrupp-Kompanie - one had a jacket that looked like the CA's jacket.

I'm not keenly familiar with German marines, I would imagine they would've worn something similar to the Kriegsmarine uniforms already present.
