The model itself comes from another game, I believe.
I found it on a German GMod forum many years back, and simply edited it to my needs.

You can decompile the model and edit it in something like Photoshop (with a VTF plugin).

You don't put the file anywhere. You subscribe to this workshop addon and it'll work. Keep in mind that this is just a model, not an actual ATM addon.
