Although is a lovely Idea, We already have a pot for soldier, and I don't think it works as an all class cosmetic

Doesn't soldier already have a pot, a bucket and lastly a pan as a hat? How many more variations it will be, until it is enough?

maybe the level of the pot would increase with hours and or casual ranking/competitive ranking

I think the Kettle of Honor should be a drop in MvM as an Australium (if the TF team decides to even use it)

Every character can use the frying pan melee except for spy and engie, but the spy and engie CAN use the golden frying pan. So like, i understand the viewpoint, but it would be really dumb to have it be all class except those two.

I don't really think it should be all-class, but other than that I love it, It should be limited to only a few classes, maybe Soldier, Demo, and Heavy. It's just not really contextually appropriate for most of the other characters like Spy or Engie.
